Sarreguemines Majolica centrepiece bowl which features eagle handles at either end, the wings along the sides. Colouration: turquoise, cobalt blue, brown, are predominant. The piece bears maker's marks for the Sarreguemines pottery. Bears a pattern number, '215 and 1179'.

French maker - Judged by some to be amongst the top five majolica producers in the world, they supplied a vast collection.
