The sampler is worked in silk on canvas ground, in a variety of stitches.

Embroidered tablet border.

Colours magenta, cream, copper, light green, gold and green.

Alphabets A-Z in upper case and lower case.

No signature or date.

Single floral band.

ONDITION: Generally Good.

A few holes.

A number of pale stain specks.

No stitch losses other than to the holed areas.

Colours are slightly faded, but still well defined.

No colour run.
