The sampler is worked in wool on canvas ground, in cross stitch throughout.

Simple line border.

Colour is olive green throughout. Alphabets A-Z in upper case and lower case with numbers 1-0.

Signed and dated 'F. Bradstock 1834'.

CONDITION: Generally Good. Two holes.

Two patchy stains.

Some stitch losses to the border and letters of the alphabets.

Colour is good and strong with no noticeable fading. No colour run.
