Unframed with no glass. Loose, no backing.The sampler has alphabets A-Z in uppercase and lower case with numbers 1-9.



Verse/s read 'Create in me a Clean Heart O God and Renew a Right Spirit Within Me.'
Followed by the Lord's prayer 'Our Father which art in Heaven, Hallowed be thy Name, Thy Kindom come, Thy will be done in Earth as it is in Heaven. Give us this Day our daily bread And forgive us our Trespasses as we forgive them that trespass against us. And lead us not into Temptation But deliver us from Evil Amen'.
Signed "Elizabeth Billing Jany 8".

She appears to have run out of room at the end for the date.
Meandering leafy border. The sampler is worked in cotton-like threads throughout.

Blue, light brown, pink and green colour threads used.
CONDTION: Good.
No holes. No stains. No stitch losses.
Colours are slightly faded, but still well defined.
No colour run. No stretching.
