Majolica Goat Head Snuff Box with Pewter Lid

Victorian, circa 1870. 5.5ins high, 4.3ins wide, 4.3ins depth. Majolica snuff box which features a goats head.

Colouration: brown, ochre, grey, are predominant.

Condition

CONDITION: Generally good. Wear to metal cover.

KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the brown glaze.

RESTORATION. Both horns, ends of horns and right ear reglued and joins retouched.
