theme which features Madame Vestris, stood on a square base.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
This piece represents the famous opera singer dressed in her stage role as the Broom Girl.
CONDITION: Generally good.
KILN EFFECTS: glaze miss to the front of skirt;
flecks of stray cobalt glaze to the reverse.
RESTORATION. Remodelled section to one broom.
Reglued left arm and section to other broom, joins retouched.
