Victorian, circa 1870. 3.9ins high, 16.1ins wide, 6.3ins depth. George Jones Majolica serving dish which features pond lilies, a twig forming the handle.
Colouration: green, green, white, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the George Jones pottery.
CONDITION: Generally good. KILN EFFECTS: glaze accumulation to the veins of the leaves, which has turned cloudy in places;
flecks of stray coloured glaze to the ground.
RESTORATION. Handle reglued and joins retouched.
