pre-Victorian, circa 1820. 7.3ins high, 2.6ins wide, 3ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery figure which features Hope, stood on a square hollow base. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Vent hole to the underside.

Some small, minor flakes to base edge.
A few paint losses to the sleeves.
KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze her dress and base.
RESTORATION. Back of the anchor remodelled.
Retouched flake to her nose.
