
Victorian, circa 1860. 7.3ins high, 3.2ins wide, 3.5ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery porcellaneous figure with a religious theme which features John Wesley preaching, stood on a circular base. Dull gilt base line and embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: slightly stained crazing to the top of the base;
tiny glaze pops to black gown and top of base.
RESTORATION: Left hand reglued and join retouched.
Remodelled right thumb.
Retouched paint losses to right shoe.
