Victorian, circa 1870. 7.5ins high, 7.5ins wide, 1ins depth.

Majolica wall plate which features a cat and kitten playing with fabric.

Colouration: cream, grey, brown, are predominant.

Condition

Good. No restoration. Some small flakes to foot rim and one to fabric in the interior.

KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the ground;

glaze run to the green glaze.
