Staffordshire Pottery figure with a folklore theme which features Tom King on horseback, stood on an oval base.
The piece is titled, 'TOM . KING'.
Decorated mainly to the front. Vent hole to the reverse.
Good. Small flake to lower base edge at front.
Slight wear to reverse and to front of hat.
KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze to base front;
glaze run to boot;
firing hole next to front, right hoof.
RESTORATION. Some minor retouched paint losses.
