Victorian, circa 1860. 9.3ins high, 4.1ins wide, 2.8ins depth. Staffordshire figure with a childhood theme which features Old Mother Hubbard with her dog
begging at her side, stood on an oval base.
Dull gilt base line. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Vent hole to the reverse.

CONDITION: Good.
KILN EFFECTS: over glazed chip to base;
tiny glaze pops to her cloak and to cushion;
a few specks of kiln soot caught in the glaze to the reverse;
shrinkage crack along the mold join to the right side.
RESTORATION. Filled chip to front lower base edge.
