Staffordshire floral cottage pastille burner
Victorian, circa 1860. 5.7ins high, 4.3ins wide, 3.3ins depth.
Staffordshire pastille burner which features a cottage covered in flowers, stood on a shaped base.
Dull gilt base line and embellishment. Decorated mainly to the front. Opening to the reverse.

Condition
Generally good. No restoration. Small chips to all the flower petals.
Very slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln soot caught in the glaze to the front and reverse;
small piece of shredded clay missing the reverse;
a few shrinkage lines to the base.
