Victorian, circa 1880. Tallest is 11.8ins high, 9.3ins wide, 4.7ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire figures with a pastoral theme which feature cockerels/roosters, stood on a shaped base.
We think they have possibly been matched up together at some stage because they are of significantly different colouration.
Bright gilt base line and embellishment. Decorated mainly to the front. Vent hole to the reverse.

CONDITION: Right facing: Generally good. No restoration. Gilt almost entirely rubbed away.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage line along the mold join tail feathers and chest.
Left facing: Generally good. A few paint losses to wattle and comb.
Gilt almost entirely rubbed away.
RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched crack to chest and tail feathers.
