Pre-Victorian, circa 1820. 7.1ins high, 5.3ins wide, 3ins depth.
Staffordshire pearlware bocage figure which features 'The Dandies', stood on a shaped base.
Multi-coloured version. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Open bottomed.

Condition
Generally good. KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the front of the base.
RESTORATION. Both necks reglued and joins retouched.
Filled chips to front and reverse of lady's hat,
end of umbrella, leaves to bocage and base rim.
Retouched flakes to both noses and man's collar.
