Wedgwood Majolica cauliflower plate

Mid 20thC, circa 1955. 9.1ins high, 9.1ins wide, 0.9ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica plate which features cauliflower leaves on a cauliflower textured ground.



Colouration: green, cream, are predominant.



The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery.
Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1955.

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.

Slight wear to interior and foot rim.







KILN EFFECTS: piece of kiln detritus and an overglazed flake to the rim.
