Minton Majolica Cream ground Strawberry Server
Victorian, circa 1868. 8.5ins high, 8.1ins wide, 0.9ins depth. Minton Majolica strawberry server which features strawberry fruits, leaves and flowers. Cream ground version. Colouration: green, ochre, turquoise, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1330'. English diamond registration mark for the date 03/04/1867. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1868.

Condition
Good. Small flake to rim.
KILN EFFECT: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the interior.
RESTORATION: Stabilised and retouched hairline to rim.
