Victorian, circa 1860. 9.6ins high, 9.4ins wide, 9.4ins depth. George Jones Majolica jardinière which features magnolia blossom and two moths.
Cobalt blue ground version. Colouration: cobalt blue, turquoise, brown, are predominant.











Bears a pattern number, '3391'.

Condition

CONDITION: Generally good. Wear to the high points of the molding.









KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the cobalt galze.









RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched crack and two hairlines to rim.













One foot reglued and join retouched.





Stabilised and retouched cracks to two feet.





Retouched flakes to white flowers.
