Small Staffordshire Creamware Bird
pre-Victorian, circa 1790. 2.8ins high, 1.6ins wide, 3.7ins depth. Staffordshire creamware figure which features a bird, perched on a shaped base.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Open bottomed.

CONDITION: Good.
Slight wear to wings.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the bird's chest,
beak
and back.
RESTORATION: Filled chip to base
and tail.
