Staffordshire Prattware recumbent ram figure
pre-Victorian, circa 1800. 4.3ins high, 5.7ins wide, 3.3ins depth. Staffordshire Prattware figural which features a ram, recumbent on an oval hollow base.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

Condition
CONDITION: Generally good. KILN EFFECTS: small firing pits to the ram's back;
a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the front of base and left front hoof.
RESTORATION: Stabilised and retouched crack to base.
Filled chips to base edge.
Retouched flakes to nose and right horn.
