Minton Majolica 'Wilbraham tray' Blue tit dish

Victorian, circa 1868. 3.3ins high, 8ins wide, 3.7ins depth. Minton Majolica dish which features a blue tit perched on a branch.

Colouration: green, blue, ochre, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1868.

CONDITION: Good. Light scratches from use.

KILN EFFECTS: touch marks to the interior and rim.

RESTORATION: Filled chip to rim.
