Clear glass Fairy lamp in cut-glass standard.



Clear glass ogee dome with gilt rim embossed 'CRICKLITE', resting in a clear diamond point glass cup.



Maker's mark 'CLARKES PATENT TRADEMARK CRICKLITE' to base of cup.







Fairy lamps originated in England in the 1840's and are candle burning night lights that would have been used in nurseries, hallways, and dimly lit corners of the home.

CONDITION: Good.

Tiny chips to opening of dome.



Scratches to underside of base of standard.
