Victorian, circa 1873. 8.7ins high, 9.6ins wide, 1ins depth.
George Jones Majolica serving dish which features strawberries, leaves and blossoms surrounding a central well and two smaller serving wells to either side.
Colouration: turquoise, brown, green, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the George Jones pottery. English diamond registration mark for the date 29/04/1873.

Condition
CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Chipped glaze to foot rim.
Wear and flakes to the high points of the molding.
Slight staining and scratches from use;
a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the interior.
