
Circa 1920. 4.6ins high, 9.7ins diameter. Wedgwood Fairyland lustre octagonal bowl decorated in Dana, 'castle on a road' design, on a mother of pearl ground to the exterior.
The octagonal panels are framed with the cobble border.
'Fairy in a cage' design on a mother of pearl ground to the interior.
'Portland Vase' and 'WEDGWOOD ENGLAND' back stamp to the underside with pattern number 'Z5125'.
CONDITION: Very Good. No restoration. Almost nil rubbing or wear.
Kiln effect from manufacture - a small over glazed and gilded paint miss to the interior.
The bowl has a good, resonant ring.
