Victorian, circa 1880. 22ins high, 11ins wide, 10.2ins depth. Holdcroft Majolica stick or umbrella stand which features banana leaves.
The stand has a triangular cross section.
Turquoise ground version. Colouration: turquoise, green, yellow, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Holdcroft pottery. Bears a pattern number, '14'.

CONDITION: Good. Kiln effect: glaze filled firing crack to the central leaf.
Stable stress lines to the underside - don't go through to the interior.
