The piece is worked in petit point, using silk and fine wool-like threads on a canvas ground.
Colours red, pink, gold, cream, yellow, green and blue.
Framed in an old, possibly original wood frame with glass covering. The frame is backed with wood and covered with an old, possibly original sheet of material.
CONDITION: Good. No holes. A couple of stitch losses here and there.
No staining. Colours are good and strong. The veneer on the frame has a couple of splits.
The frame also has some wear, but is structurally sound.
