Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre 'Geisha' Octagonal Bowl

Circa 1920. 3.2ins high, 6.8ins wide, 6.8ins deep. Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre octagonal bowl, decorated with 'Geisha' or 'Angels' design to the exterior.

'Running Figures' pattern to the interior.

The foot rim decorated with 'Roseberry bead'.

Wedgwood 'Portland Vase' and 'WEDGWOOD MADE IN ENGLAND' printed gilt factory mark, and painted pattern number Z4968, all to underside.

Condition

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.

Very slight wear to gilding on the rim.

Almost nil wear to interior and exterior.

Bowl has a wonderful, resonant ring when struck.
