Rene Lalique Glass 'Serpent' Perfume Bottle

Introduced in 1920. Height: 9cm (3.54ins). Width: 5.8cm (2.28ins). Depth: 2.5cm (0.98ins). Rene Lalique clear and frosted glass 'Serpent' perfume bottle.

Blue staining to decoration. This model features a snake coiled around the sides.

The stopper forming the open mouthed snake head.

Moulded makers mark, 'LALIQUE', to the underside.

Condition

CONDITION: Very good. Blue staining worn in places and is possibly later refreshed - is not water-fast.

A few tiny nibbles to the inner rim of the mouth of the bottle.
