Victorian, circa 1880. 7.1ins high, 7.3ins wide, 3.1ins depth. Minton Majolica vase which features a large drum with Chinese drummers stood either side.
The drum has dragons on both faces.
Intricate cut-out rim and base.
Colouration: light brown, red, cobalt blue, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1896'.
CONDITION: Generally Good. KILN EFFECTS: thin glaze application in places;
glaze run to brown on head/neck of one man.
RESTORATION. One head reglued and join retouched.
Stabilised and retouched hairline to on hand.
Stabilised and retouched crack to on arm.
