
Victorian, circa 1876. 11.4ins high, 4.9ins wide, 4.7ins depth. Brownfield Majolica figure which features a young child wearing a grown ups hat and shoes, carrying an umbrella.
Title, 'PAPA' molded into the base - French and Spanish for Dad. No doubt the child is wearing Dad's shoes and hat and carrying his umbrella.
Colouration: purple, white, brown, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Brownfield pottery. Bears a pattern number, '112 151 12/76'.
CONDITION: Good. RESTORATION. Filled chip to hand.
Umbrella handle reglued and join retouched.
