Pair Jerome Massier Hen & Cockerel Figural Vases by P. Perret

Circa 1910. Tallest is 18.5ins high, 12.4ins wide, 10.2ins depth. Pair of Jerome Massier Fils Majolica figural vases which feature a hen and a rooster, stood in front of a vase.

The vase has leaves and wheat around the sides.

Colouration: brown, yellow, green, are predominant.

The rooster bears maker's marks for the Jerome Massier Fils pottery.

Both pieces are signed by the artist P. Perret and placename Vallauris / A.M, on the undersides.

Condition

CONDITION: Cockerel: Good. RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched crack to corner of base and across foot.

Hen: Good. RESTORATION. Retouched flakes.

Filled chips to rim.
