Victorian, circa 1877. 9.1ins high, 9.1ins wide, 0.8ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica plate which features pheasants amongst foliage.
Colouration: green, blue, ochre, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1877.
CONDITION: Very Good. No restoration.
Two tight hairlines to reticulated rim.
Almost nil wear to front.
KILN EFFECTS: firing pit to front.
