Minton Majolica Cucumber and Leaf Tray

Victorian, circa 1870. 2.4ins high, 9.1ins wide, 14.8ins depth. Minton Majolica platter which features a large flowering green leaf and a yellow cucumber.

Colouration: green, ochre, brown, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1572'.

Condition

CONDITION: Good.

Slight wear to the high points of the molding.

RESTORATION. Filled chips to the tips of two leaves

and filled chip to foot rim.
