Victorian, circa 1890. 18.5ins high, 12.6ins wide, 4.7ins depth. Majolica wall pocket which features game birds (a pheasant and pigeon).
Colouration: yellow, lilac, green, are predominant.
Bears a pattern number, '1138' and '38039'.
CONDITION: Good. KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze.
RESTORATION. Hanging section reglued and join retouched.
Filled chip to pheasant's foot.
