
Victorian, circa 1840. 2.2ins high, 5.3ins wide, 3.1ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery porcellaneous figure which features a rabbit, recumbent on an oval base.
Dull gilt embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Open bottomed.
CONDITION: Generally good. A few paint losses to rabbit's back and ground.
Very slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: finger print marks to rabbit's back.
RESTORATION. Back base section reglued and join retouched.
Retouched flake to ear and behind ear.
