Wedgwood dragon lustre puff/powder box & cover

Circa 1920. 4.75ins wide, 1.5ins high. Wedgwood dragon lustre puff/powder box and cover with shaped edge. Blue speckled ground.

Box exterior decorated with Greek key border.



Cover exterior decorated with a cruel dragon on top and Greek key border around the edge.



Cream interior with a coiling dragon to the base center.



Cream glaze to underside with Wedgwood 'Portland vase' maker's mark, 'WEDGWOOD ENGLAND' and pattern number Z4616.

Condition

Good. No restoration.

Box: Slight rubbing to gilt.



Cover: A few light scratches to exterior ground (only visible when held in the light).

Kiln effects: glaze pop on top;



over glazed manufacture chip to rim.
