
Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 2.4ins high, 2.8ins wide, 1.6ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire Pottery figures which feature an elephant, stood on an oval base.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Vent hole to the underside.
CONDITION: Right facing: Generally good. No restoration.
Shallow chip to underside;
shrinkage line along the mold join to either side of base.
Left facing: Generally good. No restoration.
KILN EFFECTS: two touch marks to reverse;
kiln soot caught in the glaze around the base.
