Victorian, circa 1870. 9.1ins high, 9.1ins wide, 1ins depth. George Jones Majolica plate which features a horse chestnut leaf to the front.

Pink ground version. Colouration: green, brown, ochre, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the George Jones pottery. Bears a pattern number, '2501'.

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.

Slight wear to the front.
