Minton Majolica Ribbon, Wreath & Garland Jardiniere

Victorian, circa 1862. 15ins high, 16.5ins wide, 15.4ins depth. Minton Majolica jardinière which features applied floral garlands to either side.

Ribbon and wreath handles.

Colouration: Minton-blue, green, pink, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1862.

Condition

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.

Minor chips and flakes to swags, wreaths and ribbon.

Some minor wear to interior.
