
Victorian, circa 1880. 6.9ins high, 9.3ins wide, 9.3ins depth. Royal Worcester Majolica centrepiece bowl which features three dolphins supporting
a shell with their tails.
Colouration: turquoise, white, brown, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Royal Worcester pottery.
CONDITION: Good.
Some small flakes to base edges
and to dolphins.
KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the dolphin's heads.
RESTORATION. Filled chip to one shell.
Retouched flakes to rim and shells.
