
Victorian, circa 1880. 8ins high, 7.5ins wide, 6.7ins depth. Wedgwood Argenta Majolica jug/pitcher which features shells and seaweed.
White ground version. Colouration: white, turquoise, grey, are predominant.
Bears a pattern number, '2953'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1880.
CONDITION: Good.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the top of handle.
RESTORATION. Two stabilised and retouched hairlines to the rim.
