Holdcroft Majolica Lily Oyster Dish

Victorian, circa 1880. 7.1ins high, 9.3ins wide, 0.8ins depth. Holdcroft Majolica oyster plate which features scalloped shells and pond lilies.

Pink ground version. Colouration: turquoise, green, white, are predominant.

Condition

CONDITION: Good.

KILN EFFECTS: a few tiny glaze pops to the front;

glaze accumulation to the reverse.

RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched hairline to rim.

Retouched flakes to rim of one shell.
