Pair of Staffordshire Pottery figures which feature a spaniel with Disraeli curls to head (The curls represent Disraeli's, elected Prime Minister 1868 and Queen Victoria’s favourite), seated directly on the ground, no base.
Dull gilt collar and locket. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Vent hole to the underside.
Right facing: Very good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze;
minor glaze run to the black glaze.
Left facing: Good. No restoration. Some rubbing to gilt.
