Staffordshire Prattware Pottery House Money Box

pre-Victorian, circa 1810. 5.1ins high, 4.7ins wide, 3.1ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery Prattware money box which features a cottage

flanked by a lady and a gentleman, with two children's heads peeping out of the upstairs windows,

stood directly on the ground, no base.

Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

Condition

CONDITION: Generally good.

Small flakes to edges of roof,

rim of chimney,

man's base and trousers.

KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the gents trousers.

RESTORATION. Filled chips around the front of lady's base.
