Mafra Portuguese Palissy Majolica wall platter which features fish, an eel, insects and shells.
Colouration: green, pink, blue, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Mafra pottery.
CONDITION: Good.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage cracks to two of the fishes tails.
RESTORATION. Filled and retouched chips, one to fish's gill the other to tip of fish's tail.
