Majolica Palissy Fish Wall Plaque

Victorian, circa 1890. 4.6ins high, 10.4ins wide, 1.8ins depth. Palissy Majolica wall plaque which features a fish.

Colouration: grey, cream, brown, are predominant.

Condition

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.

Minute flakes to lower fin.

Hanging hook glued to the reverse. We can remove this if required.

KILN EFFECTS: stilt marks with associated flakes to the reverse;

slight glaze accumulation to the reverse.
