The vase behind, is modelled in the form of a corn cob.
Unusually, this piece is signed, along with a date of 1890.
Colouration: cream, puce, yellow, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Delphin Massier pottery.
CONDITION: Good.
Flake to tip of leaf and ground.
KILN EFFECTS: over glazed shrinkage lines to the cockerel.
RESTORATION. Filled chip to end of leaf to vase.
Minor retouched flakes to comb.
