Majolica Flying Fish with Shell Dish

Victorian, circa 1880. 5.3ins high, 6.5ins wide, 4.3ins depth. Majolica dish which features a flying fish, supporting a shell with it's fins.

Colouration: brown, yellow, pink, are predominant.

 

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Small chip to fish's bottom lip and tail fin.

Small flakes to fins, body, shell rim and base.
