
Victorian, circa 1868. 1.8ins high, 3ins wide, 9.3ins depth. Unidentified English Majolica strawberry server which features a basket with two wells decorated with strawberries, leaves and blossom.
Colouration: ochre, green, puce, are predominant.
Bears a pattern number, 'U'. English diamond registration mark for the date 15/06/1868.
CONDITION: Good. Wear to the high points of the molding.
RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched hairline to rim.
Retouched flakes to petals.
