Royal Worcester Majolica Bulrush/Cattail Vase

Victorian, circa 1870. 5.5ins high, 4.6ins wide, 4.6ins depth. Royal Worcester Majolica vase which features bulrushes/cattails and reeds. Colouration: cream, turquoise, green, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Royal Worcester pottery.

 

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Shallow chip and some flakes to the rim.

Wear to the high points of the molding.

Limescaled to interior.

KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the base edge.
